The Five Suites Lilas

Our stay at The Five Suites Lilas in Hanoi was absolutely wonderful. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with truly outstanding furniture. Everything was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The attention to detail was impressive. The staff at the reception were all very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was adequate, and we appreciated that we could easily add extra egg variations if desired. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

We booked a suite with two bedrooms and that was a really good choice. The suite was lovely and had a great balcony and view. The breakfast was nice with decent options (omelette,.pho, etc). The entire hotel has Japanese toilets which is an interesting experience. When we left, we could leave the luggage with them for a full day until our evening flight.

Excellent. Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Staff were great and accommodating of our requests. Breakfast was lovely and delicious. Hotel must be new as all the upholstery, carpets etc were clean and not stained. Beds were comfy as well. Ten min ride to old quarter but easy to get to. Nice restaurants, cafes and mini marts around the hotel. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Perfect location! Lovely local coffee places and restaurant, takeaways just around the corner, lovely to walk around the lake that we loved them. You have everything at least in your room what you need. Peaceful and quiet in the night. We are so much appreciated for friendly stuff who helped our stay special in Hanoi! Everything was amazing. Such a beautiful hotel! Large modern room, great location, close to heaps of cafes, restaurants etc and only a short grab to main areas, I wish we could have stayed for longer, will definitely book again!
